Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
We process your personal data that you share with us in your job application or that we receive from the people you have provided as references and any other publicly available information about you. This includes both your normal and confidential personal data such as your contact information, your CV, your picture, and your qualifications, etc. If you share sensitive personal data with us in your job application, we will only process this data, if it is relevant to your job application and it is necessary in order to comply with either your or our obligations or rights in accordance with Article 9(2)(b) of the GDPR, for example when hiring in a flex job, and if this is not the case, we will delete them.

Your personal data will always be treated securely and confidentially – also internally in PlanBørnefonden. If you do not get the position you applied for, we will, in order to be able to document the application procedure, store your personal data for a maximum of 6 months for uninvited applications and maximum 2 years for posted job openings after the application process has been completed. If applicable, you may be asked to give your consent for us to also use your personal data to contact you again if new job opportunities arise in PlanBørnefonden that we believe are relevant to you.
