About the job

As a software developer, you will join an exciting organization where you will play an important role in PlanBørnefonden's digital business development. You will be part of our digital team of 10 people (including 2 developers and 1 student developer), who are working to optimize operations and develop our current systems so that data flows automatically and the organization can become even more digital in the future. PlanBørnefonden's ambition is to elevate data work to a new level in the next 2-3 years, aiming to be best in class. We have close cooperation with our foreign colleagues, providing good opportunities for international collaboration within the organization.

As a software developer, your primary tasks will consist of:

• Development of robust and scalable solutions in .NET with a focus on automation and system integration
• Implementation and technical upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including adaptation and further development of CRM functionalities
• Close collaboration with the business on needs assessment, solution design and delivery of development tasks
• Maintenance and further development of our React-based sponsor platform with a focus on user experience and integration to the backend

In addition, you must have knowledge and interest in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Finance and Project Operations) and how the system can be adapted to business processes
• The Microsoft 365 platform, including Power BI, SharePoint and Excel, with a focus on creating data-driven solutions and user experiences
• Working with CRM data, data modeling and extraction via SQL for analysis, integration and business insight
• Backend development in C# with a focus on quality, reusability and maintenance of existing code bases
• Structuring and documentation of code and solutions in line with good IT governance and best practices

Who are you?

We are looking for a skilled and committed developer with a relevant educational background that qualifies you to work as a software developer – this can be a vocational education, a professional bachelor's degree or another IT professional education.

The most important thing for us is that you have practical experience with the technologies and platforms we work with and that you have a strong technical understanding. It is essential that you are familiar with CRM systems on a technical level and can translate business needs and user input into concrete solutions and system improvements.

In addition, it is an advantage if:

• You are proactive and thrive on getting things done
• You can complete tasks based on a clear schedule and ensure that deadlines are met
• You work independently
• You are collaborative and participate in close dialogue with the team and across the organization
• You are approachable and good at communicating complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
• You are good at English (both written and spoken), as it is often used as the daily working language
